Woodland Estates is located off FM 1826 just south of Austin. To get to Woodland Estates, take FM 1826 south to Woodland Drive. Woodland Drive is horse shoe shaped, so you can take either entrance. Woodland Estates is shaded on the map below. The map is interactive, so use it to explore the area.
Woodland Estates Homes
Woodland Estates homes sit on 2-3.5 acre lots, so you’ll have plenty of room to bring your horse (horse are ok on some lots). Many of the homes were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, so you’ll find gourmet kitchens, open floorplans, beautiful outdoor living spaces, pools and guest cottages. Homes range in size from 2,500 – 4,000 sq ft.
