Rolling Oaks is one of Driftwood’s more established neighborhoods with most homes being built in the 1970s-1990s. As Driftwood at that time was even less populated and more rural, Rolling Oaks homes sit on large lots, some upwards of 12 acres, making it the perfect neighborhood for someone looking for their own space and is not so concerned with having a brand new home with all the bells and whistles.
