Howard Ranch has a very unique design. The neighborhood is brand new, with newly constructed homes, but is built to look like historic homes in the 18th and 19th centuries so it definitely has character. Howard Ranch has been slow to catch on, with building starting in the mid-2000’s and continuing (slowly) today. Howard Ranch is located off Ranch Road 12 just south of FM 150. Only a few miles south of Downtown Dripping Springs, Howard Ranch residents enjoy convenient shopping, restaurants and gyms. Howard Ranch is shaded on the map below. The map is interactive, so use it to explore the area.
Howard Ranch Neighborhood Features
When complete, Howard Ranch will be a gated community with 4-acre lake, 3 parks, 38 acres of public green space, 53 acre conservation easement, underground utilities and waterfront lots on Onion Creek. There are also plans for a community garden, chapel and green space for residents to enjoy. Most homes will sit on large lots, with 21 cottages on smaller lots planned.
