Idea Homes then bought the land and took over the project and will build the remaining 60+ homes. Another plus to buying a home in the Creek of Driftwood is you’ll get an Energy Efficient home. They use blown in insulation, which creates an energy efficient barrier and keeps your heating and cooling costs low. We were recently in one of their completed homes and stepped into the attic. It was only a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house and it was 100 degrees outside. More than we can say for our attic!
